oh no mare! mesti minum air suam banyak and do take vitamin C. makan banyak-banyak those vit.
i want to attend swimming lesson lagi lah mare.. mau belajar betul2. and i'd like to do diving lesson too. astaga! ini buat saya ingat komen c dawn after kita pigi water rafting when all of us sakit-sakit badan. she said "sakit macam mau tumbuh sayap" hahahahhahaha!

mare...belajar lah skill swimming boleh lah kita berlagak pandai swim nanti di mana2 hotel...hehehe...i got all the things...google,cap swimming suit but jarang p swim..bila swim berlagak pandai tapi selalu mo lemas hahahaa...!!
