5 kg by JUNE...???

Since Yesterday, i have made my decision to down size ahahaha...size down mana pun tidak tau hahaha...

Regime Terbaru:
Wake up - 5.30am

Berjoget2, berlari-2 utk longgarkan lemaks...!!( mesti guard at my aprtment cakap aku ni buang tabiat hahahaa....)

target for the day:
Jog 15 minutes (tak tau lah berapa jauh tu)
20 push up a day... fuh...boleh ker??
100 Crunches... (sit up tak bley lah..)
20 weight lifting...(bukan mo bina muscle kan?) (just mau show lengan yang cantek bulan 6 ni wakakak)

6.30am berhenti dengan nafas yang semput hahahaa...

So far so good...2 hari sudah....wakakak..sudah lah cukup utk bulan ni exercise hahahaa...!!!gonna reward myself lah dengan buffet dinner today or huge dinner at Bumbu Bali....(oppps...did i just type this hahahaha)

Harapan di hati:
kalau aku gagal? - aku tak kisah...memang aku tau aku ni tahap obisiti level 2 hahaha..
kalau aku berjaya? - aku akan gelak guling-2 lepas tu berhenti bersenam dan makan sepuas2 nya hahahaa....

Wish me all the best my friends....!!! Cheh...tapi doesn't mean that gwe gonna turn down kalao lu mau belanja gwe...hahaha..

tu terpulang kepada tafsiran sendiri bah...kalao mo cakap gain atau lose pun boleh juga hahahah....i am determine u know hahaha...today sudah kurang 1kg..wakakak..tapi malang nya byk pulak makan di ofis today hhehehe..dugaan-2 hahahaa...let's go babey..kan kita mo pakai seksi2 di manila nanti wakakak..

hehehehe... boleh tu... gradually lah kasi kurang weight.. i pun trying jg tis... let's look at it as 'mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat' hehehe... it's Gd-Honouring jg bah for us to take care of our badan tis... hehehe...hmmm... yg masalah betul ni spare tyre refuse to go away... amcm mau paksa ahhhh... muehehehhehe. all the best glams!!!!

spare tu wujud for a reason...LOL..kasi sedap hati saja hahahha...5kg tu sudah mengira plus minus hahaah..yeah as long as we are fit kan..!!cheh macam mo kumpul fitness p mana saja ni hahaha...
