30 minutes of trampoline
5kg weight lift 10 minutes
20 mini push up
100 mini sit ups morning 100 mini sit ups evening
and i am depriving myself from the luxury of eating!!! trying to stick with less then 1000cal intake everyday...if possible 500cal only...
wohoooo...!! call me crazy but i think i just want to do something before the year end..!! (and also win a bet!!! :P)

wah..wah..ini sangat dicemburui ni ko punya keazaman dan ketabahan..klu 50cal satu hari, apa ja yg boleh di makan?
ala sy baru makan protugis grill ikan bawal...dengan nasi satu pinggan yg penuh dgn licinnya...mst ini 2500cal ni..
50cal saja ko mo makan?mati lah lepas ni...500cal lah..!

boleh makan 2 half boil egg which is only 150cal :P..and vege..! yogurt 2 sudu pun kenyang hehee..
