trying to shed some grams heheheh...

why bila you decide to go on a diet and decide to keep fit...masa tu la kemalasan tahap gaban berlaku....dulu ok saja boleh maintain...boleh tahan!!!!!!!!!!!...tapi sejak make resolusi mo kasi slim aduhhhhhhss.s...masa tu la...godaan yang tak tahan....the mind is willing but flesh is weak wakakakakak....boleh kah tu??????konon mo lose 10kg...ni i think 100gram pun susah mo lost.before this tak bertekad ok ja..jaga makan and then rajin juga bersukan...!!! tapi since new year ni ...jgn cakap bersukan!!!!!...makannnnnnnnnn saja...!!!!!! oh tidakkkkkkk!!!!!!!!....craving all sort of things pulak tu...!!!!!!!!! shud stop my diet strategy lah esok wakakaakka...

my opinion is bagus join gym lah.. the monthly payment will make u want to go selalu to get back the worth..
