Karot cake from a non carrot kek eater...

maybe it's the time of the month that i just can't think of anything to do then to make something....was saying that i want to make a carrot cake...the only reason i made the cake was because of the left over frosting from the butter cake last saturday....i followed http://theduckquacking.blogspot.com/2009/11/carrot-cake-with-cream-cheese-frosting.html recipe that dy showed me...seperti biasa...i made the cake without reading the recipe properly smua main campak saja....i tot she said put everything in the bowl and beat..that was wat i tot at first..then i read again and it said beat this and that first and then add egg and then beat then flour...OMG...i just campak everything hahha..but anyway i beat everything anyway....then tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...:

 this is not the cake hehehe...i made 4 muffins to be given to mis Juvi... hehehe..! sori didn't have any piping stuffs...so i use a plastik bag and cut the edge wkakakakaka...!!

this is the cake...hehe...forgot to take the whole cake hehehe..and now..it's 10pm and i am on my 3rd piece of carrot cake!!...not bad for a person who says i never like carrot cake..(sebenarnya cannot remember wether i ever tried) because always thinking that carrot is sayur so will not taste good with cake...!!! kinda happy with it hehehe...i cut the quantity of sugar and the frosting was nice compliment to the cake..! but i bet juvi's muffin will taste sweet cos got lots of thick frosting...( i did the frosting of the muffin first-bad strategy.) so i didn/t have enuff for the cake wakakaka...!

Missing peeps lots....

maybe it's the hormon going harewire...but i suddenly feel like missing some peeps in my life....

i browse through some pics in my folders and i found these...i was suppose to make a collage of the photoes...but didn't get to do it.....and still is lazy to do so well just show it to you all..(i really think these are treasures...we were camworing without relising that many people were watching us...ada 30 minit juga lah gila2 )



(if your wondering why the pics senget2..some of it because we were tryng to folloq the camera..i put it on my camera bag which was not flat...)

there are more people then those in the pics that touch my life...and made my life crazy sometimes..and made my life homourus all the time....and we walk in each others life...and gone through lots...and not forgeting eaten lots with each other....done silly things together...(the silliest thing i think was snorkelling when we were high..:P)...

Hari2 aku berdoa agar kengkawan ku mempunyai hidup yang baik di samping Dia...dan di beri kekuatan untuk menghadapi byk perkara...baik dalam kerja..dalam yg punya anak..yg punya keluarga...dan yang punyai cita2...LOVE YA ALL!!

Bidding farewell to my old friend and little friends...

i sent off one of our "old" friend and new little friends to KLIA this morning...she is leaving for good...and will start her work this monday....i lost count off how many people i have send off to the airport who are leaving to be in another place for good....just wondering when my turn wil come when i will be off to another place to start somethig new....even though she will be in her home town she was saying she was having butterflies in her tummy thinking of going home for good...i told her it's a funny thing thinking that TSL is a place we call home after more then 10 years "growing up" spiritually and physically...but anyway...people come and go form our life...but even we're not together physically we are always one in faith...I bid my friends goodbye and wish them the best... the kids might not remember me when they grow up...but i pray that they grow to be great children of God....

being at the airport this morning made me excited and i just can't wait for the august trip...!!

A baking saturday...- life is good

 thanks tu merlinda for the recipe..i was craving for this cake since last week..i cut the recipe into half but forgot to cut the frosting ingredient into half...so i still have a container of frosting...
.as a beginner baker...LOL....i rather think it was a success cos i was berani enuff to give the neighbour half of the cake....:P...

 messy2 cake...

 i spend the whole saturday at home...and ejoyed it...it's great to lie back and enjoy at your own home...i suddenly felt at peace....enjoying the day as it goes by...

{p/s got to admit even though i crave for this but this certainly was diffrent then the other days cake...maybe it was the company..eating with good friends..certainly taste better}

Updet diri yang penuh adventure

this week was Geri's Bday..and i all started to go downhill after that....memberi gambaran terhadap minggu ini..
*note: as i am typing this i suddenly have a heart full of rage...!



1. Couldn't renew the bloody birthcert of Geri....reason: ada saman dari JpJ yg i never knew existed...

 selepas selesai baru boleh renew...aduiii..melayang beribu!

2.My assignment at the new place....org penting came visit my ofis...lepas2 byk kali reschedule...he and his entourage came 1 hour earlier then we expected...wat a way to start a career with a perfectionist bos...

3. thursday...as i was leaving for work my tayar pancits....ingat biasa saja went to pump and went to work...only to find out petang that ada nail in the tyre......duit melayang lagi....

4. after the bengkel....menambah kesakitan di hati...someone telah mengguris...kreta gwe yang terchenta...!!! now he has a rossy bump....sebab aku suspect kereta merah sebab ada meninggalkan DNA

FUlamakkkkkk...what a week.............dengan otak pusing memikirkan coming trip..yg mula membuat aku rasa malas utk memikirkan itu dan menjadi spt smua org yang relax and let it be....maybe will try that...

Sedikit Updet Diri...

After 3 weeks in the office... i finally got a task..buat pwpoint...

it was just a 3 slide one...tapi punya lah nerber sebab mo buat yang terbaik...balik2 print and tengok...

finally bos pun approve...Yippey!!

everyday semakin gemoks d...with the parents at home... hari2 makan sedap..aduiii..takut mo p timbang diri...mom kemas the house hmm...gonna miss her when she balik..!!

tips of the day:if you lack off sleep....pile up the mascara layers...!! it works...! *lepas ni mo invest on mascara lah..!!

Fitting in the tunnels...Day 4

the 4th day we decided to take the ChuChi Tunnel Half day Tour which was USD7...(I think it is suppose to be USD5 or 6 but oh well) we had our breakfast at the usual place...DOng Dengs place..:P and started our journey at 8.30am..



otw to the bus...gembiras sungguh dua org tua ni...

after 1 hour and a half drive we finally arrive...

made new friends...

bangga kenalan dengan vietcong...

sibuk tengok how rice paper being made...

the chuchi tunnels...!! mereka dua tengah try...heheh..tapi jgn tertipu...hehehe...mereka hanya berlakon semata2....

me mom n dad love this place....shop and shop and shop..dad was happy cos ada size...

last day in saigon....they had fun...enjoyed the foods.the people the shopping...i am glad they enjoyed....they said it was a tiring but ejoyable trip....should try going out more often mati lah aku...!! hahaha...

kami p dengan 2 beg kicik...balik dengan 6 beg waduhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

introducing HCMC to the parents Day 3...

abit of day 2...Night
we arrive at 8pm in hcmc...the bus stop just right infront the path to the hotel...i was excited to go up the Ngoc Linh stairs...but happiness was cut short when i was told they didn't receive any booking from me...! they actually emailed me that they will keep the room for me and that noted that we will arrive at 8pm. (once again...!! please2 print the email..!) this time we were not that lucky they were fully booked...and recommended us to the hotel 2 doors away saying that it was their relative's hotel too...It was 8pm i had no choice...but anyway they agreed to give the same price they offer in ngoc linh...

the receptionist was friendly...and full of marketing skils...wanting to promote this and that to us...we got the 4 floor for the first nite...kesian the parents....have to climb up so high...but the next day they gave us the 2nd floor...the room was the same with ngoc linh but furniture newer i think ..

we start our city tour...kesian the parents yang biasa naik kereta..so we took a cab to the war museum..
so off to the musuem we went...(selepas kali ke 3 visit HCMC baru gwe jejak kaki..)

 kalau sudah cikgu...cikgu lah memang...hehehe..they suka read the captions....

masa ni aku keboringan menunggu ....sampai tertido2 di kerusi tunggu durang habis tengok smua...we spend about an hour in the museum...
