Going Miles...

this was wat Gerri's mileage clock in this morming..28k together...phew. that is a long journey...it was like almost a few days ago i drove him back home from the shop...

it made me think about people we have been with all the journey in life...along the way we meet new people that we make friends with....along the way there definately be disputes,arguments, disagreement with people we know...the "keras" one's will stay with you...some will even forget about you...cut you out from their friends list...the tidak tau malu one's will still keep knocking on ur doors...but to me after a long and far journey with each other everyone shud by then know atleast a little about everyone....

after a while i get use to Gerri..i know how to shift the gears when i need to...this few days i have been having fun with Gerri..when i reach the top of the hill i neutral the gear and let him run by himself downhill...there's one day after the hill and i was cheering for gerri that i said "come on you can do it!!"..and i was laughing !! kalau org nampak memang cakap gila !!! but sometimes there are things that we do to just amuse ourself....(dang ini stress di office mungkin membuat diri sendiri perlu pleasure diri sendiri (this sound so so wrong!!))

oh well get to the point..! the point is there are people tha have gone miles with us...and i have some people that have gone miles and gone through the worst weather and even mountains with me...and i cherish them so much ...LOVE YOU ALL!!!

FUDNOTE: BEWARE Friends comes with package...my sets of besties comes with heavy luggage hahhaa..setiap kali berjumpa memang berpesta makan..!! GUMUKS nya kita sudah Oiiiiii (ini tidak termasuk juvi,frd,dwn)

Time is just fading away...!

 time is just fading real fast...in just a blink of an eye it's already the end of september...! it's like only yesterday that i wanted september to end...but now it's here and there's a mix feeling...!  when it's almost the end of the year and you're planning for next year and you start to ask yourself wat did you achieved....!!

 these 3 girls made me feel so old...!! it was like yesterday i saw them just a day old...!!now they are at the age boleh kasi tembirang aunty sudah...!
K enuff of the getting old stuffs...i am really getting eager to end this year and step into next year...hahaha...sampai termimpi2 sudah berjalan2 dan mengembara...!! sabar jane sabar...perlu hidup ikut timming hehehe...!!(knp tiba2 as i am typing this i remember about tax?? korg ada bayar cukai kah ni tahun ?? heeheehe)

Did you guys know that Wantan Mee contents 400++ cal ??? gila eh..!! one day of gym baru boleh burn ini byk!!...itu pun stengah mati...!

saturday morning went out with woly to wantan mee..!! (yeah teda gym tapi still keluar makan hahaha)

I did a round of gym again saturday evening with Puan and Lahongs...!it was fun hehee..but tidak lah bakar byk sebab berabis ketawa saja...! ada lah sorang tu cuba ini cuba itu...! tsk..tsk..tsk..semua dia cuba hehehe...!

oh ya i made pickled cucumber last weekend too...

after tuitioning with my mom on the phone..she said cheaper buying then making cos i called and called her...

but i think i was too generous with the sugar and vinegar...! it's too strong...Only now i know the diffrent between Cuka buatan and Rice vinegar..hehe..ingat asal cuka, cuka lah..the cucumbers are home grown....my mum planted them in our backyard.....i made 2 types one with chilies and one without...!

last nite berjaya juga p gym..!! 40 minutes on the threadmill with 3km...= 250cal...30 minutes on the stepping machine...3km =300cal...(sory no pic...tia lah mo jadi macam jakun ambil2 gambar di gym..!! but i tell you itu gym full of guys dgn otot2 muscular..wakakakka...!!

tp lepas exercise..p makan spore meehoon +barley ice+chinese tea ice (:p haus bah..)

notes: cool kah kalau berlagak cool di threadmill bila ada org berlari di sebelah...tp dlm hati tidak tahan sebenarnya mo mampos...!!

tiapa petang ni lepas kerja akan terus ke GYM target membakar 200kalori (baru satu bun bakar :P).....oh welll atleast i try...!

Long extended weekend....

in  a zip time really flies very fast....i had a long extended weekend since last thursday...it was a great break...and i had fun and had a good rest....

standed lah kan...if me..."fun" always associated with tons of fudddddddddd...!!!! seems like my muffin belly is slowly becoming "kek lapis" hehehee

a perfecto cheese cake by merlinda...the wordings melted on the way...but it was nice...lebih sedap dari SR punya...

we had a splendid bbq with lot's of fud and kids running around...old friends getting together...I don't mean tua ya hehehe...i mean long known friends...

didn't do much...just went to maxis centre untuk uruskan ceraian sama maxis....so long...now aku terpaksa jadi salah sorang lagi tambahan utk maki2 celcom bb...hehehe..

18 Sept..

aduh..apa lagi mkan again...sambungan bbq again and sambung membaham cheese cake hari tu.. :P....but i did go to the gym that morning....adegan malu lepas berjalan dan berlari atas thread mill 3km...ended up puking in the toilet...hahaha..fuh i am so not fit...!! takpa2 i'm gonna exercise starting this month...give me 2 months hahahaa...(ini  selalu di ulang2)

oh ya after bbq that nite..main sama benda ini ....

sometimes ada terasa juga best kalau jadi balik budak kecik kan...! enjoy saja...! (tp tia best kalau ada aunty yang suka sakat...)

Young & Old

 Recently went back for a break with the family...while all of us were together mom decided to celebrate dad's bday...so we had a "small" scale Pre-Bday party for him during they cell-group meeting....tapi biasalah hero dia tetap org sama...yang perasan bday dia ....

if you notice ada 60 +1 candle...itu kesilapan my mom..she keep on saying he is 61...ikut date of birth baru 60 ehehee...kihkihkih...tapi she insist 61 so tak mau argue lah..! (apa punya maths teacher hehehe..) lepas tu baru sedar memang 60 hehehe..takpa2 picture ini boleh pakai tahun depan hehehe...
hal makan mesti no satu...! we made kimbab...!

the spread of food di mana kejap saja habis...!! pihak tuan rumah smua tidak sempat makan..terpaksa buat round 2 lepas semua tetamu balik hahaha..!! thanks to para2 askar2 yg tapuk barang2 sedap di belakang ehehehe...!

so well it was a emotional and happy occasion when celebrating my dad's birthday...were every year counts as his extra year....(he had cancer when he was 35 and almost died) well... looks like God has given him almost extra 30 years...! and i pray He gives more years to come...!
when i reach home that day this little rascal:

awal pagi sudah buat muka kesian minta hadiah...!!i bought a excavation set..of course dinosaur ...it's kinda cool...knp masa kicik kita tiada mainan macam ni...

tapi susah juga lah mainan ni the batu is as hard as brick...ketuk2 3 hari baru dapat 2 ketul tulang hehehe...! but it works ..took him off his tv for 2 days...

oh well...all i can say is even a short time..i had tone of funs and not forgetting foods..sampai perut berlipat2 lipatan besar lah katakan...!i need to lost some lah smua sluar2 sudah ketat ...!

Perlukah beli sluar baru atau perlu kasi slim? wat say you?

Back to real life...

i just hate the feelin of coming home to a real life...funny when i said home...i am confused too where is my home...

yeah i went back for a little while for the raya break...! really shows how much things i have been missing...did lot's of things (will tell you about it later..masih mode terbang...otak belum stabil) but i had fun with the family

really felt that i was grown up and lot's of decisions need to be made...
i really felt that i sudah jadi org bandar dan susah mo blend in sudah..haha dengan kena gigit nyamuk dengan kena duri...boy i missed the simple life ....!!

Time is an essence

it's 8.40am... my watch died on me today...after 4 years...the battery kong...have to find time to change it today...! kinda have this sad affect on me...i was just thinking of death yesterday..what if (yes yes this is another What IF post again)...What if suddenly our heart stop...! WHat if God thinks that it's time out for us this instance...! my watch died and i can go change the battery and hopefully it will start ticking again...
there are so many things that we take granted for ...things that are suppose to be done...things that are not suppose to be done too...! recently a high ranking officer from here died suddently...he complained of chest pain...the day before i had a meeting and i thought i saw him..was thinking to myself,long time didn't see this guy...next day saw his face in our bulletin that he died.

i kinda think about things...and will hope to do things i wanna do...hope to spend more time with the family...with friends...and don't waste my energy on people that are not worth it....try to enjoy life as it is..try to LIVE life everyday with a humble heart and a heart of thanksgiving...

Kind and cool Friday Sunrise...

woke up this morning with the feelind...oh no a day have passed again....!it's friday all over again....(ya betul pare seperti roda2 yang perpusing-pusing kan....!) doing all the routine things over and over...and feeling all the same feeling again and again....but when i look out my window this morning i saw a diffrent side of the sun...it seems cool..the first word that came into my mine is Kind...kindness...true this world sometimes can be cruel ....maybe most of the time...:P ...but there certainly is  a little drop of kindness somewhere out there...the sun was kind to rise as beautiful and wonderful today ...

Dang...hati berdebar2 sambil mo menangis....!!! adoyai...had an adrenaline rush this afternoon...i went to atm at petronas ..it was a maybank atm and i had to take cash out...so i just tried...it took the machine a long time to process but then this came out....

so i left and went to CIMB bank near my office...when i wanted to take a certain amount i had insufficient balance...!i was like shock...! then i check my balance i had less then i expected....!! straight away it hit me oh no..the resit just now...i threw away in the bin...!! Shaitssssssss.....terus speed balik ....150kmph sekali relize i was not goin the right way,....in my head shell near home...!! dang had to return ...rupanya petronas near my office pulak...!! lepas tu masuk selambar in the petronas...AKU SIKIT PUNYA SMART HARI NI... mula lah korek tong sampah sambil action berbaris at the ATM....!!! was feeling shy but last2...to hell lah byk tu duit...!!! aduh...I called cimb and complain the guy said it's normal in 2 hours the money will be wired back...then i went for my meeting..after 2 hours came back from meeting...check my CIMBCLICKs... wat the wattttttttttt...!! 1.34pm RM351 withdrawed............!!!!!!!! wat a day...!! so when you wish someone have a great day everyday..make sure u mean it....!! for i am having a time of my life :P...

so tomorow i am off to the bank to complain...when i called again the guy said..make sure you bring your resit... (dalam hati ko tia tau aku p korek tongsampah tadi to get it back)

So hari ni is hari dalam sejarah...lain kali sila lah simpan resit k..!! kesian yg withdraw RM1000 tu...by tonite i think the waste paper basket would be emptied....

moral of the story: sila lah jadikan resit transaksi ATM jadi koleksi k...tapi ada yang penting ...duit boleh dicari dan di ganti..tapi nyawa tidak boleh...to think about it was driving like crazy just now...i start to ask my self..is my life only worth RM351....

I know... i know...too much food in short time hahaha...(satu hari saja kan hehehe) but well that's what makes me happy and a time well spend...but so the very patriotic this year all the dishes are local :P..

but it wasn't too great...i rather make from scratch..i had the stuffs but didn't have the time...maybe next time...but do try their asam fish paste and the rendang one's there are really yummy...(but improvise follow your own taste
