7.30am : 1 bun kaya minum air kosong
9.30am : 1 lagi bun kaya + minum air kosong
12.30pm: 1 set nasi ayam penyet + 2 ketul drumstick ayam goreng + air kosong..

tiapa petang ni lepas kerja akan terus ke GYM target membakar 200kalori (baru satu bun bakar :P).....oh welll atleast i try...!

tp lepas gym aku tak yakin dan tak pasti aku takkan makan di kedai cina TSL ...:P


fudnote: kasi chan lah hari ini aku marah sebab cuti bersama dy tidak realiti sebab ada org tidak peraku cuti gwe...darn it..! damn it - hati kecewa oleh itu perlu byk makanan

Long extended weekend....

in  a zip time really flies very fast....i had a long extended weekend since last thursday...it was a great break...and i had fun and had a good rest....

gadget terbaru si encik...(dahsyat sampai mo bbq hari2)

standed lah kan...if me..."fun" always associated with tons of fudddddddddd...!!!! seems like my muffin belly is slowly becoming "kek lapis" hehehee

16 Sept - Puan aka Lisa's Bday

a perfecto cheese cake by merlinda...the wordings melted on the way...but it was nice...lebih sedap dari SR punya...

we had a splendid bbq with lot's of fud and kids running around...old friends getting together...I don't mean tua ya hehehe...i mean long known friends...

17 Sept...

didn't do much...just went to maxis centre untuk uruskan ceraian sama maxis....so long...now aku terpaksa jadi salah sorang lagi tambahan utk maki2 celcom bb...hehehe..

18 Sept..

aduh..apa lagi mkan again...sambungan bbq again and sambung membaham cheese cake hari tu.. :P....but i did go to the gym that morning....adegan malu lepas berjalan dan berlari atas thread mill 3km...ended up puking in the toilet...hahaha..fuh i am so not fit...!! takpa2 i'm gonna exercise starting this month...give me 2 months hahahaa...(ini  selalu di ulang2)

oh ya after bbq that nite..main sama benda ini ....

 bersama2 princess kecik ini...

it's a icecream maker...masa budak2 kita teda pun benda begini kan...hehehe..!! layan dia main sampai tidak sedar 12.30am...aduh..terus balik rumah pengsan hhehee...

fuh rasa badan intoxicated betul....ok ok i knw i know i shud started looking of my body....yakin pasti..lepas ni will spend more time in gym..!!

Superstar pujaan di rumah...

korang tengok saja gambar boleh sudah korang nilai macam mana ini budak...!!! ada masa mau marah tapi rasa cute juga...tidak sampai hati..!! ada2 saja idea dia utk menggunakan masa dia...ni belum lagi dia slam down nenek dia atau auntie dia...!! lepas tu buat senyuman yg paling cute...!sakit2 badan pun hati terus cair...

sometimes ada terasa juga best kalau jadi balik budak kecik kan...! enjoy saja...! (tp tia best kalau ada aunty yang suka sakat...)

Young & Old

 Recently went back for a break with the family...while all of us were together mom decided to celebrate dad's bday...so we had a "small" scale Pre-Bday party for him during they cell-group meeting....tapi biasalah hero dia tetap org sama...yang perasan bday dia ....

if you notice ada 60 +1 candle...itu kesilapan my mom..she keep on saying he is 61...ikut date of birth baru 60 ehehee...kihkihkih...tapi she insist 61 so tak mau argue lah..! (apa punya maths teacher hehehe..) lepas tu baru sedar memang 60 hehehe..takpa2 picture ini boleh pakai tahun depan hehehe...
hal makan mesti no satu...! we made kimbab...!

notice the rice byk hahaa..malas punya pasal sama mo kasi org kenyang hahaha..

the spread of food di mana kejap saja habis...!! pihak tuan rumah smua tidak sempat makan..terpaksa buat round 2 lepas semua tetamu balik hahaha..!! thanks to para2 askar2 yg tapuk barang2 sedap di belakang ehehehe...!

so well it was a emotional and happy occasion when celebrating my dad's birthday...were every year counts as his extra year....(he had cancer when he was 35 and almost died) well... looks like God has given him almost extra 30 years...! and i pray He gives more years to come...!
when i reach home that day this little rascal:

awal pagi sudah buat muka kesian minta hadiah...!!i bought a excavation set..of course dinosaur ...it's kinda cool...knp masa kicik kita tiada mainan macam ni...

tapi susah juga lah mainan ni the batu is as hard as brick...ketuk2 3 hari baru dapat 2 ketul tulang hehehe...! but it works ..took him off his tv for 2 days...

oh well...all i can say is even a short time..i had tone of funs and not forgetting foods..sampai perut berlipat2 lipatan besar lah katakan...!i need to lost some lah smua sluar2 sudah ketat ...!

Perlukah beli sluar baru atau perlu kasi slim? wat say you?

Back to real life...

i just hate the feelin of coming home to a real life...funny when i said home...i am confused too where is my home...

yeah i went back for a little while for the raya break...! really shows how much things i have been missing...did lot's of things (will tell you about it later..masih mode terbang...otak belum stabil) but i had fun with the family

really felt that i was grown up and lot's of decisions need to be made...
i really felt that i sudah jadi org bandar dan susah mo blend in sudah..haha dengan kena gigit nyamuk dengan kena duri...boy i missed the simple life ....!!
